Rick was a friend, we worked in the TSU Admissions Office where he was the Veterans admissions officer. He was not the first Director of Alumni Affairs but was the Director of Veterans Affairs. Col. Hennigan was Director of Development and Rick’s boss as well as mine. I was over Alumni Affairs for Col.Hennigan.
